These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Past Life Mirror (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT/OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) USD $100.
You and we agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). Arbitration will take place in the U.S. county where you reside, or another mutually agreed location, and may be conducted by videoconference to the extent permitted. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court instead.
CLASS ACTIONS AND CLASS ARBITRATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED. YOU MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.
Opt-out: You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to support@pastlifemirror.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, or if this section is found unenforceable, disputes will be resolved in the courts specified under Governing Law below.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., payments owed, IP, disclaimers, limitations, arbitration) will survive termination.
We may modify or discontinue the Service (in whole or part) at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., in-app notice or email). Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except that the Arbitration section above is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Subject to the Arbitration section, the exclusive venue for disputes will be the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
